Eligibility

We accept returns within seven (7) calendar days of receiving your order. To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unused and unworn
- In their original condition
- With all original tags attached
- In their original packaging

Sale & discounted items — final sale All items purchased during sale periods, promotions, or with a discount code are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. Please review sizing and product details carefully before completing your purchase.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@leoestudio.com with your order number and reason for return. Returns must be approved by our team prior to shipment.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service. Leo Studio is not liable for lost or undelivered returns.

Processing Time

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment within seven (7) business days.

Conditions for Refund

Refunds will only be issued if the item:
- Meets our return eligibility criteria
- Has not been used or worn
- Includes all original tags and packaging

We reserve the right to deny any return that does not comply with our policy.
